Hospitech.
An empty bar before opening, chalkboards still listing last night's taps

Software built behind the bar, not in a boardroom.

Rosters, clock-ins, hiring, gift vouchers and food-safety records — built by people who run venues, for the 6am jobs nobody else has bothered to fix. Most of it is free, and the limits are published up front.

Every one of these runs a real venue every day before it is sold to anyone. Nothing here is a pitch deck — it is what opens the doors in the morning.

You see the wage bill while you’re building the week.

Not on Monday when it’s spent. Rates come from the staff record, so the cost updates as you drag a shift — and Irish working-time rules are checked as you go, not after somebody complains.

A week’s rota for four staff, showing shift times, hours, cost per person and cost per day, with one working-time warning flagged.

The Hospitech Suite

Manage your staff in one place.
Onboard once — every module already knows them.

HR documents, clock-in and timesheets, holiday and roster planning, HACCP records and staff training — all under one roof. Choose the modules that suit your business, add the rest whenever you're ready, and never enter a staff member twice.

Hospitech Time Rosters · clock-in · timesheets
  • Build the roster once, then copy it forward week to week
  • Staff clock in on a tablet by the door — works offline, syncs when the wifi returns
  • Timesheets reconcile the clocks against the roster with your break rules applied
  • Exports a payroll CSV your accountant will actually accept

Better with

  • With Roster & Holiday Planner — approved leave lands straight on the roster and into pay
  • With HR — pay rates, start dates and entitlements arrive already filled in

Take one, take several, take the lot. Sign up through whichever module you came for — the rest switch on later from inside your dashboard, and adding one never means re-entering your staff.

Three more, and they plug into the same staff list

These point outward, at the customer, rather than at your team — and each one works because it already knows your staff. Hire someone in Staff’d and they arrive in HR onboarded. Your team redeem vouchers with the clock-in PIN they already have, and a leaver loses that the moment you mark them gone. Competition prizes pay out in your own vouchers, so the winnings get spent across your bar instead of walking out as cash. That’s the bit a separate app can’t do.

Staff’d

Hiring & job posts Live Its own brand

Post a job, take applications through your own careers page, and manage every applicant in one pipeline. Built because agency fees and job-board credits are a tax on an industry that hires constantly and cheaply.

Then the part that matters: when you hire one, they land in your HR module as a starter — name, contact, role, already typed. Contract out, PIN issued, clocking in on their first shift. Most hiring tools hand you a CV and a shrug.

Local Vouchers

Gift vouchers & redemption Live

Sell gift vouchers from your own site. The customer pays by card, the money lands in your Stripe account the same as any other sale, and your staff redeem by scanning a QR at the till — no holding your cash for a month.

Redemption runs on your staff list. Whoever is on the till scans with the same PIN they clock in with, so every redemption has a name against it — and when someone leaves, marking them a leaver takes the scanner off them too. No shared code taped under the register that still works six months after they walked.

2% + €1.50 per voucher You keep the rest

Hospitech Engage

Comps, sweeps & footfall Not built yet

Run a competition that fills a quiet night. Last-man-standing, score predictors and prize draws, branded as yours, free to enter — and every entrant leaves you a contact you keep. Prizes pay out in your own vouchers, so the winnings get spent across your own bar rather than walking out as cash.

The winnings stay in the building. Prizes pay out as your own vouchers, and your staff redeem them on the same till scanner they already use — so a €100 prize is €100 of trade, not €100 out the door.

Not built yet, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. What exists is the proof: 247 entrants and €4,400 through hand-run versions of exactly this over five days in July, before any of it was a product. Tell us what you’d run and you’ll shape the first version.

Built for our own venues first

Order books with price-change alerts, financial dashboards joining sales, wages and invoices, supplier ordering — the tools that started all this, running six venues every day. They're not for sale yet; they're the reason to trust the ones that are.

How pricing works

The shape is settled and it's written here. The figures go up on this page before anyone is asked to pay one — not in a quote, not after a call. If you find out what it costs by ringing us, we've done this wrong.

Start — free Rosters & clock-in

Small venues run Time — rotas, tablet clock-in, timesheets — free, with no card and no trial clock counting down. Everything below is what you add when the free one stops being enough.

Add what you need Per module, per venue

The Holiday & Roster Planner, HR, HACCP and Training are paid, priced per venue per month — never per head. Charging per person is a fine for hiring, and hiring is the thing you do most.

Or take the lot One venue price

A venue running all five pays a single price for the whole suite, less than the modules add up to. Three venues is that price three times — no group tier to negotiate, no seat count to audit.

Per venue, per month. Headcount counts everyone on your books, across every venue.
Module Up to 10 on the books Over 10
Time Rosters, clock-in, timesheets Free €49.99
Roster & Holiday Planner Requests, approvals, balances €9.95 €29.95
HR Contracts, records, onboarding €49.99 €49.99
HACCP Food-safety checks and the EHO pack €49.99 €49.99
Training Courses, certificates, expiry chasing €49.99 €49.99
All five The whole suite, one venue €79 €119

Prices exclude VAT. Food Safety Level 1 is free on every account, for your whole team, certificates included — whether or not you pay for Training. Every paid module starts with a one-month trial and no card.

Early venues get founding pricing. Reduced or free, agreed in writing with an end date on it, and honoured to that date whatever the list price does afterwards. We'd rather name a real deal with a real edge than promise "free forever" and quietly redefine it in two years.

  • Over the limit just stops you adding staff 21. It never locks the tool, hides your data, or emails you a countdown.
  • Export is free, always, including on the way out. Attendance and pay are statutory records. Holding them hostage should be illegal.
  • Free is not a trial. There's no card on file to quietly start charging when a year is up.
  • Your price is fixed the day you subscribe. If the list price goes up, yours doesn't. You get 30 days' notice of any change and you can leave before it lands.
  • Stop paying and nothing is deleted. Access switches off; your records stay for 90 days so you can export them or come back. A missed payment never costs you a food-safety record.
Ask about founding pricing One email about your venue. The list price is above; this is about what we can do for an early one.

Asked before you ask it

The things people want to know before they'll put a staff list into anything.

Am I tied in?

No contract and no notice period — it’s month to month, cancel in the dashboard. Stop paying and nothing is deleted: access switches off and your records sit there for 90 days so you can export them or come back. Export is free on the way out as well as on the way in.

Do my staff need an app, or another password?

No. They clock in on a tablet by the door with a PIN, and they request holidays from a link on their phone that needs no login and installs nothing. Nobody on your floor has a password to forget. The people who sign in are you and whoever you make a manager.

How long before it’s up and running?

You can have a venue, your staff and a first roster in an afternoon. There is no implementation call, no onboarding fee and nobody to book. If you get stuck you email the person who wrote it.

Can I take just one module?

Yes — each of the five stands on its own and is priced on its own. Take HACCP and nothing else if that’s the problem you have. They know about each other when you own more than one: a staff member you onboard in HR is already on the rota, already in the clock, already assigned their training. You never type a person in twice.

Is it really built for Irish law?

It’s built for one country and that’s the point. Statutory breaks, the Organisation of Working Time Act's rest rules, the ⅕-week and 8% holiday accruals, the ten public holidays, Statutory Sick Pay at 70% capped at €110, minimum-wage bands by age, and the extra rules for under-18s are computed — not left as a checkbox for you to interpret. HACCP records are built to what an EHO asks for.

Where does my data live, and who can see it?

In the EU, on infrastructure in Ireland and Germany. Your records are walled off from every other company at the database itself, not by application code that could be got around. We’re the data processor and you’re the controller — the agreement covering that is published, not sent on request.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Hospitech Solutions Ltd, an Irish company, and in practice one operator who runs venues and wrote this for them. There’s no support tier, no account manager and no queue — which is honest about the size of it, and the reason a fix can land the same week you ask for it.

“We were the venue that got the renewal email.”

€120 a month for food-safety software that was, when you looked at it honestly, a form and a database. Clock-in software priced per head — so every time a Saturday kid was hired, the software bill went up.

I built replacements because I was already paying for the originals and could finally see what they actually were. Then something I didn't expect: the replacements were better. Not because I'm a better engineer — I'm not an engineer at all — but because I was the one using them at 6am, and I couldn't ship myself a bad workflow and go home.

That's the entire pitch. Every other hospitality tool is built by people who have read about your job.

Or get something built

The tools above cover the problems every venue has. If you've got one they don't, I take on a small number of custom builds — the same way these started.

Custom builds

The thing your venue does that no product covers. Ordering, bookings, comps, reporting, whatever it is. Fixed scope, agreed before anything starts.

Brand & marketing

Brand books, menus, posters, and social that gets scheduled and actually posts. Built for venues that can't keep a designer on staff.

Websites

Sites that load fast, work on a phone, and take bookings or voucher sales without renting a platform to do it.

Tell me what you need You'll get me, not a form response.

A small company, on purpose

Hospitech Solutions Ltd

There is no account manager and no ticket queue. You deal with the people who built the thing and who have worked your job. The trade is honest: you get somebody who understands the 6am problem, and in exchange you are dealing with a small team’s calendar rather than a support tier. For most venues that is the better end of the deal. It is worth knowing up front either way.

Hospitech Solutions Ltd is a software company in its own right, independent of any venue or group. If you sign up you are a customer of a software business — not a favour being done between friends of a pub.
