Doing your training

1. Open your link

   It comes from your manager. No app, no password.

2. Read the modules

   Short sections. Read them properly — the questions are written so you can't pass by guessing the longest answer.

3. Answer the questions

   You need the pass mark to get the certificate.

4. Keep the certificate

   It's issued to you with an expiry date. You can download it, and it's yours to take with you.

When it doesn't go to plan

• You didn't pass. You can go again. It isn't a strike against you — it means the bit that matters didn't land, and it's cheaper to find that out here than in a kitchen.
• You already hold a certificate. Give it to your manager — outside training can be recorded so you're not made to sit something twice.
